Resides in Angola Indiana and is a 1976 graduate with honors from Fremont High School. Burlingame is a 1980 graduate of Purdue University Lafayette Indiana with a Bachelors of Science degree majoring in Agriculture Economics and Finance with a minor in Farm Management. Jeff’s experience being employed at Farm Credit Services from 1980-1990 has been invaluable in his endeavors working. He held many various positions to include Vice President of Credit and Senior Staff Appraiser for an eight county District in Northeast Indiana. Burlingame received his Real Estate Salesman license in 1989 and his Real Estate Broker license the following year. He then joined Jerry Grogg Inc in January 1991 while with the company he earned his Indiana Auctioneer’s license in 1993. Mr Jeff Burlingame then went on to become the Principal Broker and Owner of Jerry Grogg Inc. in 1999.

Jeff’s experience is well earned as is his reputation for giving his clients attention to details. He has completed over 1,500 sales transactions and appraisals of farmland and rural residential properties in Northeast Indiana. He is the area’s expertise and go to person for family farm and agricultural services related to real estate and farmland appraisals. Burlingame is very humble and respectful to his clients and their needs.
