Jeff R. Burlingame

Jeff is a 1976 graduate of Fremont High School and a 1980 graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture Economics and Finance. He worked for the Farm Credit System for 10 years holding various positions including Vice President of Credit and Staff Appraiser for an eight county area in Northeastern Indiana. Jeff has completed numerous farm residential and commercial appraisals in northeast Indiana. He received his Real Estate Salesman’s License in 1989 and his Real Estate Broker’s License in 1990. He joined Jerry O Grogg Auctioneering and Real Estate, Inc in January, 1991, and received his Indiana Auctioneer’s License in 1993. He has worked in both the real estate and auctioneering areas during his employment with the Grogg Company. Jeff purchased the company in 1999 and is now the owner and principle broker of Jerry Grogg, Inc.

Jerry O. Grogg

Jerry received his auctioneer’s license in the 1961 and his real estate salesman’s license in 1962. He worked with his father, Jay Grogg, in real estate and auctioneering until 1964, when he obtained a broker’s license and started in own independent business. In 1969, he formed a partnership with Virgil L. Hardin, and they worked together in real estate until Mr. Hardin’s retirement in 1978. He has attended professional seminars, including antique appraising and has knowledge and experience in both real estate and personal property appraisals for attorneys and lending institutions, as well as for his own business purposes. Mr. Grogg has made many court appearances in regards to real estate and personal property value.

Robert E. Mishler

 

Robert attended Missouri Auction School and received his Indiana Auctioneer's License in 1987 and obtained his Real Estate Salesperson's License in 1990. He began his auctioning career at the Topeka Livestock Barn in 1986 and joined Jerry Grogg, Inc in 1992. He currently sells at 4 automobile auctions and the livestock auction on a weekly basis. He is an auctioneer at numerous Farm & Construction Equipment Auctions across the Midwest and is well verse in all types of machinery and antiques. Robert is a life long resident of LaGrange County and a graduate of Lakeland High School. He is a member of the Brighton Chapel and does a number of benefit and charity auctions through out the year.

 

 

Alyssa A. Burlingame

 

Alyssa joined Jerry Grogg, Inc in 2002 and received her Indiana Real Estate Salesperson's License in 2004. Alyssa is a life long resident of Steuben County and attends Trine University full time.
